From farm to plate at Hotel Komune
As part of our dedication to providing fresh and local food to our guests, we’ve upgraded our organic farm with the help of Mara Wolford, an organic agriculture expert.
We're striving to be self-sufficient and, guided by Mara, we’re now growing a range of fruits and vegetables on site to stock our restaurants. We also have our own chickens for eggs and goats for milk, all fed only organic produce.

What we can’t grow on site, we source from local, organic farms who use only sustainable practices.
